Born From a Bold Idea

Wing Snob started in a small kitchen in West Chicago with one simple obsession: make the most unforgettable wings anyone has ever tasted. Our founder Marcus Rivera spent years perfecting recipes, traveling the country, and sampling hundreds of wing spots before coming back home and deciding he could do it better.

The wing snob philosophy is simple — never compromise. Every wing we serve is hand-tossed in house-made sauces, fried to the perfect crunch, and seasoned with blends developed through years of trial and passion. We source fresh, never frozen chicken and make everything from scratch daily.

What started as a pop-up stand at local events quickly grew into West Chicago's most talked-about wing destination. Today, Wing Snob serves thousands of devoted fans every week — and the obsession has never faded.

2016

The Spark

Marcus Rivera begins perfecting wing recipes in his West Chicago home kitchen, testing over 50 sauce combinations on willing neighbors and friends. The obsession takes hold.

2017

First Pop-Up

Wing Snob debuts at a local West Chicago street fair. The line stretches around the block. All 400 wings sell out in under two hours — and the brand is born.

2019

Opening the Doors

Wing Snob opens its first brick-and-mortar location at 200 W North Ave, West Chicago. The grand opening draws a 2-hour wait — a tradition that continues to this day.

2021

Catering & Delivery

Wing Snob launches full catering services and online delivery. Corporate events, birthday parties, and game-day spreads across the greater Chicago area discover the wing snob difference.

2023

Award-Winning Flavor

Wing Snob is voted "Best Wings in West Chicago" for the second consecutive year. The signature Honey Hellfire sauce is featured in Chicago Food Magazine as a must-try recipe.

2025

Franchise Program Launched
