Team Member / Crew
As a Wing Snob Team Member, you'll be on the front lines of delivering bold flavors and outstanding hospitality to every guest. You'll prep, cook, and serve our signature wings while keeping a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- No prior experience required — we train you
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Must be 16+ years old
Shift Leader
The Shift Leader is responsible for guiding the team during their shift, ensuring quality standards are met, and delivering an exceptional experience for every Wing Snob guest. You'll motivate the crew, resolve issues on the spot, and uphold our bold brand standards.
- 1+ year of restaurant or food service experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Line Cook / Kitchen Specialist
Join our kitchen team and master the craft behind Wing Snob's legendary flavors. You'll be responsible for food preparation, cooking to exact standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring every order leaves perfect every time.
- Experience in a kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and portioning guidelines
- Comfortable working with fryers and grills
- Attention to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in running daily restaurant operations, coaching team members, managing inventory, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. This is a key leadership role with strong potential for advancement within the Wing Snob family.
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong understanding of P&L and cost control
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Delivery Driver
Bring Wing Snob's bold flavors directly to our guests' doors. As a Delivery Driver, you'll represent our brand on the road with professionalism, speed, and a friendly attitude. Earn competitive hourly pay plus tips on every delivery run.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Familiarity with West Chicago and surrounding areas
- Excellent time management skills
